Condition Scale
When a product is classified as pre-loved, the following scale helps explain its visible cosmetic condition.
Minimal to no visible signs of previous use. The item presents extremely close to new condition.
Light signs of previous use may be visible, while the item remains clean, refined and well preserved.
Moderate cosmetic wear may be visible, including light marks, small scratches, softened structure or minor hardware wear.
Clear signs of previous use are visible. The item remains wearable but displays more noticeable cosmetic wear.
